AKD standard Ballscrew Support Units provide everything necessary for mounting Ball Screws to machines. All parts required for ball screw mounting are provided as a set. Here are support units for light load and small equipment, and ball screw support units for heavy load and machine tool applications. Support Units provide both fixed and support-side-bearing assemblies to support screw shafts.

Structure

 Note: 

1. C7 degree uses six starts bearing, axial direction of it needs light load and clearance of it is approximately 0.03mm. (If u want to order this specification, prior to consulting the technical info, pls.)

2. The bearing used by C5 degree has been treated by preloading and there is zero clearance in axial direction.

3. Taiwan brand manufacureres are all adopted for the bearings. The assembly is DF, which is perfectly fit for ball screw application.
